Registration Fees:

*Conference registration fees include conference meetings, receptions, breakfasts, Monday lunch and evening dinner event, and breaks. **Spouse/Guest registration fees include receptions, breakfasts, Monday lunch and evening dinner event and breaks but NOT conference meetings.
PFI Annual Golf Tournament: $140
The golf registration fee includes green fees and a cart. Prizes will be awarded for winning teams, including closest to the pin and longest drive competitions. Clubs are available on-site for rental. The tournament takes place on Sunday, July 19th, at 8:00am.
Williamsburg Attractions Pass: $20/each
During conference registration, you'll have the option to purchase Williamsburg Attractions Passes for you and your guest.  This pass will give you access to Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area sites, art museums, and most day-time programming.  This pass is good from the day of arrival through the day of departure.  Multi-day adult passes normally run for $60 and single day passes are $50!  Upon arrival at the Lodge, you will receive a map and program guide for each day of your stay.  This guide will outline all of the programs and activities that will take place in the historic area.  You can also download the Colonial Williamsburg Explorer mobile app to navigate and browse program options - use this 21st century tool to explore the 18th century!
One pass is needed per attendee/guest.

Registration FAQs

Do I have to be a PFI member to register/attend?
No, you don't have to be a member; however, PFI members receive a discounted registration rate. Plus you get a full year of PFI membership benefits! To take advantage of the discount, join or renew now.

Can I register multiple attendees at one time?

What does guest/spouse registration include?
Spouse/Guest registration fees include receptions, breakfasts, Monday lunch and evening dinner event and breaks but NOT conference meetings.

Can my guest/spouse participate in the golf tournament?
Yes!  Your guest/spouse certainly may participate.  Simply select the option on the registration form in the golf tournament section.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment may also be made by check. Checks can be mailed to the PFI Office after submitting your registration form. Regisrants must pay in advance of attending the conference. Please contact the PFI Office at [email protected] if you encounter a problem with your payment.

What is the cancellation / refund policy?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PFI. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations received by June 28, 2015. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations received after June 28, 2015. Substitute attendees will be permitted. No refunds can be made by PFI for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
