Booking Your Room

We recommend booking your hotel online via a secure hotel registration page. 

If you are more comfortable contacting the hotel directly to book your room, please contact the hotel at 1-(855) 729-3108 and ask for the room block for the Pellet Fuels Institute Conference. 

PFI has negotiated a conference rate with the Hersey Lodge™: $199.00 per night plus tax

Book your room early as the hotel will fill up quickly.  
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and attendees must check out, no later, than 11:00 am.
The last day to make your reservation is Friday, May 10, 2019.

Staying At the Hotel Includes:

• One-time admission to Hershey Gardens and the Hershey Story Museum
• Use of Hershey's Water Works with 30,000 square feet including Twizzlers Twists Water Slides, Reese's Water Walk, and zero entry pool, sand castle spray zone, lighthouse tipping bucket, and basketball hoops
